Subject: Non Payment of RWA subscription by Resident members.

Dear RWA Member,

This is to inform you that you are running dues/ arrears of RWA subscription as per RWA members subscription records.

You are hence requested kindly to clear all your RWA subscription dues/ arrears by 15.07.2009 positively, failing which, RWA governing body shall be constrained to consider initiating further necessary action deemed fit against you, under rules, for which, only you shall be liable and held responsible.

You are again being humbly requested by RWA governing body to undertake this notice with utmost diligence and on priority please.

Sub: Honoring/Facilitating Students of the pockets who have passed Class X and XII Board examinations this year 2009-10.- regarding.

Dear Resident Members,

RWA GBM decided on 26.04.2009 that RWA committee on behalf of RWA members shall gather and honor/facilitate student wards of this pocket who have shown exemplary performance i.e. more than 80% marks in their respective Board exams this year.

The undersigned on behalf of RWA governing body requests RWA member parents / guardians, to kindly furnish details of their wards eligible as per above criteria along with copies of mark-sheets, to RWA committee governing body by 15.07.2009. so that the facilitation can be organized accordingly.
