Record notes of discussion of the General Meeting
As per notice given earlier the general meeting was held on 17th January 2010 at 10.00AM near RWA office and following points were discussed and it was decided that-
(i) Since tenure period of this body is being expired on 31st March 2010 hence it has been decided to hold Annual General Meeting on 21st February 2010.
(ii) To prepare a voter list of RWA members for forthcoming RWA election, 14th February 2010 has been fixed as cut of date for submission of annual subscription.
(iii) A colorful programme on 26th January will be held this time also like every year.
(iv) It is brought notice to the residents of the pocket that mobile ban of Delhi Public Library will visit the pocket every Friday on 3.30 PM to 7.00 PM. Residents may avail the book facilities being provided by them.
(v) Construction of remaining portion of Library will be made by RWA out of his fund and is to be completed upto March 2010.

Celebration of 26th January 2010.

It is inform to you that the like every year this time also 26th January 2010 will be celebrated at Central Park in our pocket. Programme will commence on 10.30 AM. Shri Rajesh Gahlot Nigam Parshad (MCD) will do the flag hosting. This time in addition to cultural programme some sports events for children and ladies will also organized. After the programme sweet and prizes distribution will be held. Residents of the Pocket are requested to come forward take part for grand success of 26th January. Participants are requested please contact Capt. Pramod Kumar Bhardwaj and Shri Mukesh Gupta for sports events and cultural programme respectively.

Police- Public meeting regarding law and order

This is to inform he residents of Sector-19, Dwarka regarding a meeting between Police and Public which is being organized by RWA, Green View Apartments, Sector-19, Pocket-2, Dwarka on 22/08/2009 at 6 P.M. The venue of the meeting is Gate no.1, Sector-19, Pocket-2. Our respected senior police officials will attend the meeting including ACP and SHO of Dwarka with sudden increase in criminal activities such as chain shatching, robbery etc, a delegation of RWA, Sector-19,Pocket-2, met our Hon’ble ACP Dwarka on 20/08/2009 and talks were held on the above issues. At he end it was decided to hold a police – public meeting.
Residents of Sector–19, Pocket-I, Pocket-II, Pocket-III & Pocket-B ( Sanskriti Appt.) are requested to please attend the meeting and put forward their grievances / complaints related to the law and order.
It will be very grateful to see residents taking active participation and helping in maintaining law and order by giving their precious views.

CIRCULAR
RWA is pleased to inform all the resident members of the pocket that like previous years, JANAMASTAMI festival will be observed on 14th august ( Friday) at 7:30 PM onwards and Independence Day will be celebrated on 15th August 09 ( Saturday) at 09:00 AM. Both the above functions will be held in the central park of the pocket.
Children of the pocket who intend to perform on the occasion of Janamastami and Independence Day are requested to submit their name to Sh. Mukesh Gupta , Secretary RWA (Flat no. 412). Resident members who like to contribute financially may kindly do so and pay their contribution to the undersigned or to the security guard at the main gate. All the resident members are cordially invited to attend the above auspicious functions to make it a grand success.
Apart from the above the following information is also given :-
Suspension of water supply in the pocket :-On 27-07-09 (Evening) and 28-07-09 (Morning) due to annual cleaning of the water tank of the pocket. In this respect notice displayed on notice board may also kindly be seen.
Inter-com facility :- Those resident members who have not applied for MTNL inter-com facility may apply for the same as soon as possible. Application forms are available at the main gate.
Honouring Students :-As notified earlier the students of the pocket who have obtained 80% and above marks in their class X and XII board exam held in 2009 will be honoured on 15th August 09. They are requested to submit their name along with copy of the respective mark sheet to the undersigned latest by 5th August 09.
RWA subscription :- Resident members who have not paid their annual RWA subscription are requested to kindly pay the same along with the arrears, if any, as soon as possible but not later that 31-08-2009 to the Security Guard.
Library :- RWA has decided to open a small library in the pocket. Resident members who intend to donate for library may kindly do so and the contribution may be given to the undersigned.
The developmental activities being carried out / taken up by the RWA is notified through notice boards as well as given on website address : www.dwarka-19.blogspot.com
Any suggestion / complaint from the members may be written on the complaint register kept at the main gate and also mail it to : dwarka19.2@gmail.com
