Sub:- Annual General Meeting.

It is again brought to your notice that Annual General Meeting of our RWA is being held on 21st February 2010 (Sunday) at 10 AM near RWA office to discuss the following agenda points.In case the quorum is not fulfilled the meeting will automatically stands postponed for one hour and it will commence from 11 AM at the same venue for which no quorum is required.
1) A brief of development works under taken during current tenure.
2) Submission of Annual Accounts of the current year.
3) Election of Returning Officer/Asstt. Returning Officer for conducting free and fair election for ensuing RWA body.
You are cordially invited to attend the meeting. Members are also requested please ensure that no amount on account of annual subscription is outstanding against them.
