Subject : Election for the Governing Body for the year 2010-11 on
11th April 2010. Nomination for Governing Body 2010-11.

Dear Members
All the bonafide members who are interested to contest the election of office bearers of RWA ( President, Vice-President ,Secretary, Jt- Secretary , Treasurer , Executive members ) are requested to send their nominations to the undersigned by 6.00 PM on 04th April 2010. Further processing will be done as listed in annexure-1. The election will be held on 11th April 2010 between 10:00 am to 04:00 pm in the office of RWA.
It is to inform that the residents who have renewed / paid their membership and contribution by 31.03.2010 will only be eligible to Vote & contest in the elections. The last date for payment by cheque is 26th March, 2010.
