* All the contestants must be present physically at the time of scrutiny by RO
and ARO between 7.00-8.00 pm on April 4, 2010 at RWA office.
* The contestants for the post of President are requested to submit the
development programmes in half page, he or she may like to take for benefit of
residents members during 2010-11, if elected. This information may be attached
with nomination form.
* There shall be nine members in GB. One member shall be elected from each block
of 80 houses. The residents from respective blocks can only vote for GB members.
* Contestants are advised to not to use banners/posters and loudspeakers.
Eligibility to contest election
* Membership paid upto 2009-10.
* One resident can nominate or second only to one contestant
* The contestants are not eligible to nominate or second any other contestant.
* The owner of the flat can only contest the election.
* The husband/wife can authorize each other in Format C to contest
election if he/she is owner of the house
Eligibility to vote in election
* His/her name must be in voting list.
* One vote for one flat
* Eligible member can only authorize to his/her wife/husband to vote in prescribed
format ‘A’ available at gate No.1 which must be shown at the time of election along
with I.D.
* Tenants are eligible to vote provided they submit their membership fee by due date.
