Important dates
March 28, 2010 : Availability of Nomination forms at Gate No.1.
March 31, 2010 : Deposit of membership fee in cash ( upto 2009-10) by
6.00 pm to become eligible for voting right.
April 1, 2010 : Display the list of members eligible for voting.
April 3, 2010 : Receipt of objection, if any, pertaining to list of
members by 5.00 pm.
April 4, 2010 : Submission of Nominations to undersigned in
prescribed form B completed in all respect upto 6.00 pm.
April 5, 2010 : Withdrawal of Nomination to undersigned by 6.00 pm.
April 6, 2010 : Display list of contestants by 10.00 am On Notice Board.
April 7, 2010 : To receive objections, if any, to undersigned by 6.00 pm
April 11, 2010 : Election f RWA (between 10am to 04pm at RWA office)
April 11, 2010 : Results of election (20.30h – 21.30h)
